UNTITLED ANNA LEE FISHER PROJECT

A feature film about Anna Lee Fisher, the first mother in space. In the Late 70s, Anna Lee Fisher was chosen to be part of the first ever space mission to include female astronauts on the crew, an offer that came to her when she was 8 months pregnant and would mean leaving her baby behind when it was only 9 months old. An offer she didn’t hesitate to accept. Our project looks at the personal scrutiny and challenges she faced at a time of major societal change and will explore the similarities of what women still face today.

ENTER THE DRAGONS

A feature film set in the North of England in 1979, and is about unleashing our inner dragon, bringing Chinese martial arts to the North. An original screenplay by award-winning writer Joy Wilkinson (Doctor Who). Rebel Park is co-producing with Cassandra Sigsgaard of Jeva Films (Nina Forever).
